Warrenville, Etats-Unis
Pop-Folk
The band had its origin in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois -- then called The Tullys and later known as Ghost Houses. We were a minor part of the music scene that produced such bands as Hum, Poster Children, and Moon Seven Times. It was there that Spiro met Jayne. along with various other members, We played most of the main venues in town -- The Blind Pig, Mabel's, Treno's, etc. we also recorded a bunch of 4-track demos as well as a couple of songs at Brendan Gamble's cozy blanket studios.
Intoxicated with our wild successes, the band of course broke up. Jayne flew off to Spain and two of the other members were secretly married in sweden.
Within a year, through the magic of email and the inspiration of a Throwing Muses show, Jayne and Spiro reunited. They began writing and recording, and pulled together a live band that hit many of Chicago's hot spots over the next couple years.
